Asian Short Film Screening by Red Dot Cinema

Our Asia Tour beginning at George Town, Penang Malaysia

Red Dot Cinema brings independent short films from Asia to the world by distributing films to independent event organizers around the world, holding screening events across different cities. We empower organizers in putting up cool and fun screening events in the most creative spaces.

This July, Red Dot Cinema will begin its first Asia Tour starting from Penang, Malaysia, where we partner with a famous local cafe, Chai Diam Ma meaning 'sundry shop' in English.

About the Venue
Chai Diam Ma art space and cafe comprises of a cafe and a souvenir shop. Quirky in more ways than one, scan the space for canvas bags, paintings, photographs and handmade craft. We also running different events like mini concert, art exhibition, art workshop, talks and film sharing night.
